Here is what real measurement shows. Across roughly 22,000 developers, organizations that rolled out agents without changing how they manage work watched time in review grow 441% and incidents per pull request 243% (Faros AI, 2026). The ones that managed the rollout gained 19.3% net productivity (Gartner, 2026) and 24% more pull requests per engineer (Microsoft, 2026). Real gains, and modest ones.

Who this is for

Engineering leaders

You decide the rollout. The course gives you the three failure modes that decide whether agents help or hurt your teams: the speed limit, the drift, and the attention budget. You will leave able to compute your own team’s load ratio from three numbers.

Developers

You were hired to write code, and now you are asked to direct it. Start with Modules 02 and 03: where you matter now, and why writing a great issue became the highest-leverage skill in the building.

At the end of the course there is an exam. Roughly thirty questions, drawn from a larger pool, covering all eight modules. Pass it and you hold the credential: Agentic Development Practitioner, 2026 edition.

It is an online exam, not a proctored one. I keep it honest the practical way: a curated cohort, randomized questions, and limited attempts.

The course is not open registration, and that is deliberate. It is part of how I work with organizations, not a content shop. A small real cohort beats a large anonymous one.

Who is behind this

I am Sina Ghazi. Twenty years across banking, payments, and AI, from Tehran to Lahti. Today I help organizations adopt agentic development through my company, Innovategy Oy.

How long does it take?
About an hour for the eight modules and 30 to 45 minutes for the exam. Both work in short sittings; your progress waits in your browser.
What does it cost?

What do I need to know beforehand?
If you can read a pull request, you are ready. And the course is short on purpose, so leaders should skip nothing.

The credential carries its edition year. When the field moves enough, a new edition follows, and earlier holders hear about it first.
What do you store about me?
Course progress lives in your browser, not on our servers. Only the exam result and the certificate are recorded, because a verifiable certificate needs a record.
